" Specialized course designed for the business/company lawyer which will focus on the study, analysis and practical application of various aspects of business law using the Case Study Method with the objective to improve legal English vocabulary, interpretation and analysis of law in English, and written and spoken fluidity. Course will consist of six units: Company formation and Management, Corporate Finance, Mergers & Acquisitions, Employment/Labor Law, Commercial Sales (Buyers and Sellers) and Commercial Sales (Warranties and Product Liability). Individual progress will be monitored by examination (oral case resolution and written case resolution) at the end of each unit including feedback."
