Analizamos la negociación colectiva en convenios y acuerdos, los periodos de consulta, los legitimados activos, la implantación suficiente y la impugnación individual y colectiva, así como el cumplimiento e incumplimiento del deber de negociar de buena fe por las partes en el proceso negociador.
