The ship as a singularity of work at sea - Patrick Chaumette

El objeto de este trabajo es realizar una reflexión general en relación con el concepto de buque en tanto que bien mueble objeto de registro, así como de la regulación de los distintos espacios marítimos. La finalidad perseguida es la de dotar al lector de una visión general sobre la temática y las diferencias existentes entre el transporte marítimo y la pesca y, en consecuencia, de quienes prestan servicios en ambas industrias marítimas focalizando la atención principal en los trabajadores del sector pesquero.

The purpose of this work is to carry out a general reflection about the concept of ship as a movable property subject to registration. Also, in this work is described the regulation of the different maritime spaces. The goal of this work is to provide a general overview about this issue and particularly in relation to the differences between maritime transport and fishing and, consequently, of those who carry out their work in both maritime industries and particularly in fishing one.
