Los conciertos en la LOMLOE. Ruptura de un consenso constitucional. (RI §424219)
Educational subsidies in the LOMLOE. A breakdown of the constitutional consensus - Fernando Simón Yarza

The approval of the LOMLOE has given rise to an enormous controversy within the education community, and has aroused bitter reactions among different sectors of society. From a legal point of view, there are many unsolved questions hanging over that norm. In this work, the attention is focused on one of the most problematic aspects of the LOMLOE, namely, the regulation of the educational subsidies. The author attempts to show that the approval of the law marks a breakdown of the educational consensus agreed by the Constituent. Through several provisions, the LOMLOE articulates a siege against the subsidized schools which is hardly compatible with the educational liberties.
