The judicial precedent. The forecast of the judgement and the automated decision of the conflict -

This paper analyzes the premise to implement automated decision-making mechanisms of justice, which is the predictability of the resolutions to be adopted. For this, the judicial precedent and the binding of the jurisdictional body to the sentences handed down by the higher courts and by themselves are developed. Finally, the failure of the nomophilic function of the superior courts is developed due to the existence of a multilevel legal system and the attempt to overcome these difficulties with the regulation of witness procedures.
