The university teaching has carried out a self-examination of its aims and its means since the implementation of the Bologna Plan. The studies of Law, and in particular the subjects taught by the ecclesiasticists, have not escaped this reflection. The present paper expose theoretical expositions about the good practices in the teaching of Law and Religious Factor, making special emphasis in the teaching methodology that is followed in this subject and in the educational resources that the professors can use for its teaching, both the traditional ones and those that are linked to the use of new technologies.
