(RI §416741)

Teaching methodology and evaluation following the implementation of the EHEA in the area of constitutional Law at the University of Cantabria - Antonio Magdaleno Alegría

The academic work analyzes the progressive implementation of the EHEA in the subjects taken up by the Constitutional Law seminar at the Faculty of Law of the University of Cantabria. It has not been an autonomous process because the internal regulations of the University imposed a specific conception, without taking into account the specific features of each subject area. Experience has shown that successful implementation of new teaching methods and assessment requires a change in the mindset of teachers and students.
