A partir de la recopilación de artículos de Duncan Kennedy titulada La enseñanza del Derecho como forma de acción política, este texto sugiere revisar nuestra manera de enseñar el Derecho Constitucional. Necesitamos revisar el Derecho en cuanto instrumento creador y mantenedor de un orden, el patriarcado. Por lo tanto, es necesario revisar muchos de sus conceptos y paradigmas con la ayuda del feminismo jurídico. Para ello propongo politizar el aula y contribuir a que alumnado se convierta en agente de transformación social.

From a Duncan Kennedy`s collection of articles called “Teaching Law as a form of political action”, this text suggests check our way of teaching the Constitutional law. We need review Law as an instrument that establishes and maintains a cultural and political order, the patriarchy. Therefore, it`s necessary to review many of his concepts and paradigms with the help of juridical feminism. To that end, I propose to politicize the classroom and contribute that students becoming agents of social change.
