Son objeto de este estudio las novedades más sobresalientes de la Ley de emprendedores, en particular, la limitación de la responsabilidad patrimonial de la nueva figura del "emprendedor de responsabilidad limitada"; el procedimiento para alcanzar un acuerdo extrajudicial de pagos, que se configura como una alternativa al concurso para empresarios y personas jurídicas; y las modificaciones de la Ley Concursal, haciendo especial hincapié en la homologación de los acuerdos de refinanciación.

The most important news of the Law of entrepreneurs are studied in this paper, particularly: the limitation of the patrimonial responsibility of the new figure of the “entrepreneur of limited responsibility”; the procedure to reach an extrajudicial agreement for payments which is considered as an alternative to the bankruptcy process for enterprisers and juridical persons; and the modifications of the Spanish Insolvency Law, paying singular attention to the homologation of the refinancing agreements.
