Superficies es posible que signifique el edificio que pertenece al propietario del suelo, pero sobre el que otra persona, llamada superficiario, tiene un derecho personal – negocio superficiario -, y medios “in rem et in personam” destinados a la protección del derecho, siempre que el superficiario pague una cierta suma de dinero como renta al propietario.

Superficies may also signify a building that belong to the owner of the ground but over which another person, called the superficiarius has a rigth in personam – negotio superficiario - , and remedies “in rem et in personam” applicable to the protection of the right, provided the superficiarius pay a certain sum of money as rent to the owner.
