Integration of immigrants in Andalusia - Gerardo Ruiz Rico y Nicolás Pérez Sola

El estudio aborda los objetivos y las medidas puestas en práctica en la Comunidad Autónoma andaluza para la integración de la población inmigrante en este territorio, en especial teniendo en cuenta el singular énfasis que la última reforma de su Estatuto muestra hacia el fenómeno migratorio. De modo particular, se analizan los dos Planes integrales para la inmigración en Andalucía, con atención concreta a cada una de las diversas áreas de intervención que se mencionan en aquellos de acuerdo con el sistema competencial andaluz.

This study addresses the objectives and measures implemented about integration of immigrants in the Region of Andalusia, especially taking into account the special emphasis on migration due to the recent reform of the statute. In particular, the paper analyzes the two Migration Plans existing in the Region, paying specific attention to each of the various areas of intervention that are under the powers of Andalusia.
