En el presente trabajo se analiza la Ley de conservación de datos relativos a las comunicaciones electrónicas y a las redes públicas de comunicaciones ordenando su estudio en atención a las distintas modificaciones que ha introducido en nuestro ordenamiento jurídico. Dichas innovaciones se han agrupado en cuatro ámbitos: la transposición de la conservación generalizada de datos, armonizada por la Directiva 2006/24/CE, la regulación de la cesión a las autoridades competentes de los datos conservados, la previsión del registro de datos relativos a las tarjetas pre-pago como medida instrumental al servicio de la conservación y la incorporación parcial a la Ley General de Telecomunicaciones del régimen de intervención de las comunicaciones anteriormente establecido en norma reglamentaria.

In the present work there is analyzed the Law of conservation of information relative to the electronic communications and to the public networks of communications arranging the study in consideration of the different modifications that it has introduced in our juridical classification. The above mentioned innovations have gathered in crowds in four areas: the transposition of the conservation generalized of information, harmonized by the Directive 2006/24/CE, the regulation of the transfer to the competent authorities of the preserved information, the forecast of the record of information relative to the pre-paid cards as instrumental measure to the service of the conservation and the partial incorporation to the General Law of Telecommunications of the regime of intervention of the communications previously established in regulation norm.
