Cantabria. (RI §406442)  

La Crónica de Cantabria del año 2006 ha estado dominada por una gran actividad parlamentaria. En efecto, es el año en el que más Leyes se han aprobado por el Parlamento de Cantabria. Esta actividad también se ha centrado en el ejercicio de la función de control e impulso por el Parlamento sobre la acción de gobierno, pues han sido presentadas 36 proposiciones no de ley, 27 interpelaciones, 18 mociones y 671 preguntas. De entre las Leyes aprobadas destaca la Ley de Patrimonio, la de Conservación de la Naturaleza o la de control ambiental integrado. Además, puede destacarse, por su relevancia, la suscripción del primer Convenio con otras Comunidades Autónomas, que se ha concretado en la aprobación de la Ley de Cantabria 16/2006, de 24 de octubre, de autorización del Convenio de Colaboración entre las Comunidades Autónomas de Cantabria, Castilla y León y el Principado de Asturias para la gestión coordinada del Parque Nacional de Picos de Europa.

The Chronicle of Cantabria of year 2006 has been dominated by a great parliamentary activity. In effect, it is the year in which they have been approved by the Parliament of Cantabria the higher number of Laws. This activity also has been centered in the exercise of the function of control and impulse by the Parliament on the government action, because have been displayed 36 proposals not of law, 27 interpellations, 18 motions and 671 questions. Of between the approved Laws it emphasizes the Law of Patrimony, the one of Conservation of the Nature or the one of integrated environmental control. In addition, it can stand out, by his relevance, the subscription of the first Agreement with other Independent Communities, that has taken shape in the approval of the Law of Cantabria 16/2006, 24 of October, about authorization of the Agreement of Collaboration between the Independent Communities of Cantabria, Castilla y León and the Principado de Asturias for the coordinated management of the National Park of Picos de Europa.
