La Sala 4.ª del Tribunal Supremo supera sus propios criterios sobre la impugnación de los actos de encuadramiento de la Seguridad Social y elabora una nueva doctrina, según la cual es procedente entrar a conocer sin restricciones de las impugnaciones de los actos puros de encuadramiento efectuados por la Tesorería General de la Seguridad Social, desligados de cualquier pretensión sobre cotización o prestaciones.

The Supreme Court reviews its theories on the actions against affiliations to Social Security and come up with a new doctrine, according to which it is allowed to hear, without any restrictions, the claims about acts of affiliations, even when they are not associated to contributions or benefits.
