En el presente artículo se analiza la intervención de los diferentes órdenes jurisdiccionales en el accidente de trabajo, especialmente en relación con los problemas que plantea esa pluralidad de tribunales interviniendo sobre una misma cuestión. En este sentido se abordan cuestiones sobre competencia judicial en la materia, existencia de varios procesos simultáneos, compatibilidad entre las distintas responsabilidades y la forma de valorar la culpabilidad empresarial.

This article focuses on the intervention of different tribunals with diverse jurisdiction when an industrial accident occurs, especially regarding the problems concerning the fact that a plurality of tribunals with diverse jurisdiction are ruling over the same legal issue. The main aspects that this article focuses on are: jurisdictional competence on the issue, existence of a plurality of simultaneous procedures, compatibility among the different liabilities and how to value the employer's culpability.
