El presente trabajo tiene por objeto reflejar la importante evolución que ha experimentado la competencia territorial en los distintos textos procesales civiles. Se analiza la tendencia del legislador español a hacer imperativas las normas que presiden la individualización de este criterio competencial y el escaso papel que ostenta en la actualidad la autonomía de la voluntad.

This study shows the important evolution of jurisdiction on civil proceedings texts. Tendency of Spanish law-maker to pronounce mandatory rules to define this jurisdictional criterion and the current scant role of the intention autonomy are analysed.
