Este trabajo expone la metodología empleada en la enseñanza de la parte orgánica de la Constitución a alumnos de primer curso con especial atención al aprendizaje a través de competencias interpersonales fomentando con ello el razonamiento crítico, el compromiso ético y el trabajo cooperativo. El tratamiento de la realidad constitucional en los medios de comunicación, y el uso de las nuevas tecnologías de la información y la comunicación aparecen como recursos pedagógicos idóneos para el conocimiento del funcionamiento real de nuestra democracia y el papel de la norma constitucional en la regulación del proceso político.

Here are demonstrated the methods employed in the teaching of Constitutional Law to first-level students, with special attention to learning through group projects, which aim to develop critical reasoning, ethical engagement, and working cooperatively. The treatment of constitutional realities in communications media, and the use of new technologies of information and communication, serve as pedagogical resources for understanding the actual functioning of our democracy and the role of constitutional norms in regulating the political process.
