Las sentencias de inconstitucionalidad de los Tribunales Constitucionales plantean, desde el punto de vista de su eficacia en el tiempo, una serie de problemas que han obtenido respuestas distintas en el Derecho comparado y que dependen sobre todo de las consideraciones sobre la naturaleza de las decisiones. Los intereses de alcance constitucional en juego son diversos y es necesaria una objetivación para reforzar la seguridad jurídica.

From the point of view of its effectiveness over time, the rulings of unconstitutionality of the Constitutional Courts arise some problems that have obtained different answers in Comparative Law and which depend mainly on considerations about the nature of those decisions. Constitutional interests at stake are diverse and it is necessary a greater objectiveness to reinforce legal certainty.
