The New Common Service of Registry, delivery, digitalization and filing in the High Trial Court (Social Chamber) - Guzmán de la Villa de la Serna

Hay que celebrar el estreno de un Plan Estratégico de Modernización de la Justicia, para conseguir mejoras en el pesado funcionamiento actual de aquella. Las estrellas de la reforma son, sin duda, el nuevo servicio común de registro, reparto, digitalización y archivo, por un lado, y el expediente judicial electrónico, por otro, ensayados únicamente en la Audiencia Nacional, para extenderse progresivamente a los restantes órganos judiciales cuando la experiencia piloto se estime suficiente y, sobre todo, cuando se disponga de los costosos medios materiales que esa generalizada informatización requiere.

We have to celebrate the new Strategic Plan for the Modernization of Justice, in order to get improvements in the tedious current running of justice. The crucial aspects of the reform are on the one hand the new common service of registry, delivery, digitalization and filing,and on the other hand the electronic judicial file which have only been tested in the High Trial Court (National Court). The extension to other judicial bodies will take place as soon as the pilot test is successful and specially when the expensive material means required by such spread of information technology are available
