Impact of the ecological transition on employment and legal articulation of its just and equitable nature - Margarita Arenas Viruez

Dos son los aspectos que se analizan en el presente estudio. Uno, la relevante, aunque también condicionada, limitada y provisional, repercusión en términos de empleo que el proceso de transición ecológica está teniendo y, sobre todo, tendrá en los próximos años; en especial, en determinados sectores de la economía española. Y, dos, el entramado administrativo, instrumental y jurídico que se está construyendo en el proceso de transición ecológica, que se quiere sea justa y equitativa, desde la perspectiva de su impacto en el empleo. Lo que requiere examinar la medidas y disposiciones normativa que fomentan la actividad económica y la creación de empleo en sectores y territorios más vulnerables a la transición ecológica, concretando, así, cuál es el alcance y la delimitación del carácter justo y equitativo de la misma.

Two aspects are analyzed in the present study. First, the significant, though also conditional, limited, and provisional, impact in terms of employment that the ecological transition process is having and, above all, will have in the coming years, especially in certain sectors of the Spanish economy. And, two, the administrative, instrumental and legal framework that is being built in the process of ecological transition, which is intended to be fair and equitable, from the perspective of its impact on employment. This requires examining the measures and regulatory provisions that promote economic activity and job creation in sectors and territories most vulnerable to the ecological transition, thus specifying the scope and delimitation of its fair and equitable nature.
