Problemática acerca de sendas pensiones de orfandad a consecuencia del suicidio de padre/trabajador en paro que, en el momento del fallecimiento, ni estaba en alta, ni en situación asimilada al alta, ni había cotizado lo suficiente para devengar pensiones de muerte y supervivencia. Generación de graves situaciones de necesidad de sus tres hijas menores de edad ¿derecho o justicia? Insuficiencia probatoria. Consideraciones y reflexiones al hilo de la lectura de cinco sentencias. Problem regarding two orphan's pensions resulting from the suicide of an unemployed father/worker who, at the time of death, was neither registered nor in a status equivalent to registered, nor had contributed sufficiently to accrue death and survivor's pensions. The creation of serious situations of need for his three minor daughters: right or justice? Insufficient evidence. Considerations and reflections based on the reading of five judgments.
