El presente estudio examina las situaciones de sobrecarga producidas por la acumulación de funciones provenientes de otros puestos en un nódulo de laboralidad. Referencialmente analiza la problemática vertida en un pronunciamiento de la jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa que condena por responsabilidad patrimonial de la administración a un ayuntamiento que focalizó durante cuatro años las responsabilidades de tres letrados de su servicio jurídico (RPT) en un puesto sin cubrir las plazas. Asimismo, el artículo construye una teorética nocional (“derrubio”) examinando la entera problematización desde una vertiente crítica.

This study examines the situations of work overload generated by the accumulation of functions from other positions in a labor node. Referentially, it analyzes the problem expressed in a ruling by the contentious-administrative jurisdiction that condemns a city council for patrimonial responsibility of the administration that focused the responsibilities of three lawyers of its legal service (RPT) on a position without filling the vacancies for four years. The article also constructs a notional theory (“washdown”) examining the entire problematization from a critical perspective.
