El presente artículo aborda el tema de la justicia predictiva y su relación con la técnica procesal, destacando la importancia de un diálogo entre ambos enfoques. Se analiza la noción general de justicia predictiva, resaltando su elemento central de predictibilidad y su aplicación como enfoque estadístico, jurimétrico y modelo matemático. Se propone un sistema integrado de justicia predictiva. Además, se explora la interacción entre la justicia predictiva y la técnica procesal, enfatizando la necesidad de conciliar la innovación jurídica con el respeto a los principios fundamentales de la técnica procesal.

This article addresses the issue of predictive justice and its relationship with procedural technique, highlighting the importance of a dialogue between the two approaches. The general notion of predictive justice is analyzed, highlighting its central element of predictability and its application as a statistical, jurimetric approach and mathematical model. An integrated system of predictive justice is proposed. In addition, the interaction between predictive justice and procedural technique is explored, emphasizing the need to reconcile legal innovation with respect for the fundamental principles of procedural technique.
