En este trabajo analizamos la evolución que ha tenido el reconocimiento del principio de accesibilidad como elemento esencial en la consecución de una sociedad sin barreras para las personas con discapacidad y su aplicación al sector de los medios de comunicación audiovisual especialmente tras la aprobación de la nueva Ley 13/2022, de 7 de julio, General de la Comunicación Audiovisual.

In this paper we analyze the evolution of the principle of accessibility as an essential element in achieving a barrier-free society for people with disabilities and its application to the audiovisual media sector, especially after the approval of the new Law 13/2022, of July 7, General of Audiovisual Communication.
