Ensayo sobre una temática inédita, la labor del Defensor del Pueblo en el campo de la seguridad social. Una labor tan útil para la ciudanía y el Estado de derecho como desconocida en los ámbitos académico, judicial y profesional. Además de la divulgación del relevante papel del Defensor del Pueblo en el campo de la seguridad social, se ocupa esta investigación heterodoxa del análisis crítico del papel institucional del Defensor del Pueblo a partir de su relación con los tres poderes del Estado.

An essay on an unprecedented subject, the work of the Ombudsman in the field of social security. A task that is as useful for citizens and the rule of law as it is unknown in the academic, judicial and professional spheres. In addition to the dissemination of the relevant role of the Ombudsman in the field of social security, this heterodox research deals with the critical analysis of the institutional role of the Ombudsman based on his relationship with the three branches of government.
