(RI §424883)
The latest challenges of natural heritage: sinks, sustainability and compatible implementation of renewable energies -
II. 3. El Sistema MAES. 4. Biodiversidad y espacios forestales. 5. La nueva PAC. III. LA IMPLANTACIÓN DE LAS ENERGÍAS RENOVABLES. CRITERIOS JURÍDICOS Y TÉCNICOS DEL IMPACTO AMBIENTAL: PLANIFICACIÓN Y ZONIFICACIÓN. 1. Marco jurídico nacional. 2. Desarrollos normativos autonómicos. IV. CONCLUSIONES.
There are many challenges facing the natural heritage in these decisive times. We have wanted to point out the three that seem most important to us: in mitigation policies we have focused on the sequestration of CO2 through natural sinks; in the adaptation policies we have studied the protection of biodiversity and the necessary administrative compatibility of the protection of natural resources with the installation of wind and photovoltaic parks, as a consequence of the increasing community demands in this regard, which have culminated in the requirement of climate neutrality.
