El presente texto es un estudio crítico del Anteproyecto de Ley para la igualdad real y efectiva de las personas trans y para la garantía de los derechos de las personas LGTBI, discutido y aprobado por el Gobierno de España en junio de 2021 y que será próximamente convertido en Proyecto de Ley para su ulterior presentación y tramitación parlamentaria.

This text is a critical study on the draft Law for the real and effective equality of trans people and for the guarantee of the rights of LGTBI people, discussed and approved by the Government of Spain in June 2021. The draft will be soon submitted as a Bill to Parliament, to begin the parliamentary process.
