Parte importante de este proyecto versará sobre los defectos que se achacan al actual sistema electoral, motivo por el que se entrará a valorar los diferentes elementos que son objeto de debate, tal es el caso de las listas abiertas, la rebaja de la edad de voto, la proporcionalidad electoral, la jornada de reflexión o la limitación de mandatos, de modo que se comenzará analizando la configuración del sistema en base al debate constituyente de 1978 y las razones subyacentes por las que se adoptó la presente fórmula, pasándose de manera posterior a mostrar los diferentes argumentos en torno a los elementos previamente enunciados, lo que permitirá poner el broche al proyecto a modo de conclusión final.

An important part of this project will deal with the defects that are attributed to the current electoral system, which is why the different elements that are the subject of debate will be evaluated, such is the case of open lists, the reduction of the voting age, electoral proportionality, the day of reflection or the limitation of mandates, so that we will begin by analyzing the configuration of the system based on the 1978 constituent debate and the underlying reasons for which the present formula was adopted, passing subsequently to show the different arguments around the elements previously enunciated, which could put the finishing touch to the project as a final conclusion.
