La reparación colectiva es uno de los tipos de reparación administrativa en la experiencia de la Justicia Transicional en Colombia. El artículo analiza un caso de la experiencia colectiva teniendo en cuenta el enfoque normativo o la novedosa concepción de la “reparación transformadora”. Así, las experiencias de reparación deberían ser reflejo de una justicia correctiva y no solo restitutiva, según el espíritu de la norma de referencia, pero la complejidad de la puesta en marcha de esta idea y su carácter novedoso, dificulta su concreción en alguna de las experiencias de reparación.

Collective reparation is one of the types of administrative reparation in the experience of Transitional Justice in Colombia. The article analyzes a case of collective experience taking into account the normative approach or the new concept of "transformative repair". Thus, the experiences of reparation should be a reflection of a corrective and not only a restorative justice, according to the spirit of the reference standard, but the complexity of the implementation of this idea and its novelty, makes it difficult to concretize it in any of the repair experiences.
