El artículo presenta algunas reflexiones sobre las tendencias más importantes del constitucionalismo contemporáneo y el derecho administrativo. Los desarrollos de la reflexión legal se analizan desde el punto de vista de su relevancia para el futuro de los diversos sistemas constitucionales investigados. Se presta especial atención al examen de la respuesta de los Estados a la emergencia causada por la pandemia de 2020.

The article presents some reflections on the most important trends of contemporary constitutionalism and administrative law. The developments of the legal reflection are examined from the point of view of their relevance for the future of the various constitutional systems considered.
