La historia de nuestro país, al igual que la historia de la humanidad, está repleta de situaciones de crisis que en muchas ocasiones tienen un origen natural (los terremotos, las inundaciones, los incendios forestales, etc.), pero en tantísimas otras provienen directamente de la mano del hombre (los atentados terroristas, las guerras, etc.).
Todos los Estados occidentales disponen de mecanismos para luchar contra este tipo de emergencias, que a menudo ponen en riesgo su existencia organizada. Uno de estos instrumentos es el recurso a estructuras de naturaleza militar.
Este segundo artículo estudia el papel de las Fuerzas Armadas españolas para hacer frente a las situaciones de crisis previstas por el vigente derecho constitucional de excepción, que, en nuestro país, se articula en torno a los estados de alarma, de excepción y de sitio.

The history of our country, as well as the human history, is full of crisis situations witch in many occasions have a natural origin (earthquakes, floods, forest fires, etc.), but others come directly from humans (terrorist attacks, wars, etc.).
All western countries have mechanisms to fight against this kind of emergencies, witch oftentimes, put in risk their organized existence. One of these instruments is the use of structures with military nature.
This second article studies the role of the Spanish Armed Forces to face the crisis situations foreseen by the current Constitutional Law of exception that in our country is articulated around the states of alarm, emergency and siege.
