Procedural specialties of the eviction of illegally occupied housing - Vicente Pérez Daudí

En este artículo analizo el proceso especial aprobado por la Ley 5/2018, de 11 de junio, de modificación de la ley 1/2000, de 7 de enero, de Enjuiciamiento Civil, en relación con la ocupación ilegal de viviendas. Analizo la tramitación parlamentaria y las especialidades procesales de este proceso que se remite al juicio verbal, haciendo especial referencia a la medida cautelar de entrega de la vivienda ocupada ilegalmente y la ejecución de la resolución judicial.

In this article I analyze the special process approved by Law 5/2018, of June 11, of modification of the law 1/2000, of January 7, of Civil Procedure, in relation to the illegal occupation of houses. I analyze the parliamentary procedure and the procedural specialties of this process that refers to the oral trial, making special reference to the precautionary measure of delivery of illegally occupied housing and the execution of the judicial resolution.
