En esta crónica se analiza el último paquete normativo aprobado en Francia para el avance en la protección jurídica de determinados grupos vulnerables de personas, y sus efectos sobre derechos sociales, servicios públicos y optimización administrativa. Se presta especial atención a la tramitación parlamentaria y a los pronunciamientos de la jurisprudencia constitucional en su caso, sin olvidar las implicaciones transversales y multidisciplinares.

This paper addresses the recent normative package approved in France advancing in the juridical protection of certain vulnerable groups of people, and the effects of such regulations on social rights, public services and administrative optimization. Particular attention is paid to the parliamentary proceedings and to the relevant pronouncements of the constitutional jurisprudence. Crossing and multidisciplinary implications are also considered.
