El trabajo analiza los precedentes y las consecuencias ad futurum que puede tener, en Europa, la Sentencia del Tribunal Europeo de Derechos Humanos “S.A.S. c. Francia” en relación al uso de símbolos religiosos y/o culturales en el espacio público.
