II Vatican Council’s Dignitatis Humanae. Religious freedom as a fundamental right has to be protected. For now on, half word doesn’t enjoy this freedom and in countries of Christian tradition it is put off by an official secularism. Pope Ratzinger and Cardinal Newman offer key interpretations on the concept and for the development of this issue.
1. The principle of unicity of the “son” status 2. Short historical excursus 3.The reform on the filiation 4. Rights and duties derived from the status filiationis 5. Recognition of the incestuous sons 6. Provisions on inheritance 7. Brief conclusive considerations.
