Los proyectos de reforma universitaria del siglo XVIII tienen un fundamento común. La exigencia de sustituir la vieja jurisprudencia basada en el Derecho romano por un sistema nuevo construido sobre el iusnaturalismo. De este acervo común participan con vehemencia Sarmiento, Feijoo y Ortega.

The projects of university reform of the 18th century have a common foundation: the exigency of replacing the old jurisprudence based on the Roman Law with anew system constructed on the iusnaturalism. From this harsh common takes part with vehemence Sarmiento, Feijoo and Ortega.
