En las páginas que siguen se analiza la repercusión que tiene en el ordenamiento español la sentencia del Tribunal de Justicia de la Unión Europea que ha considerado que la Directiva sobre igualdad de trato entre hombres y mujeres en materia de Seguridad Social se opone a la normativa española que exigía a los trabajadores a tiempo parcial --en su inmensa mayoría mujeres--, en comparación con los trabajadores a tiempo completo, un período de cotización proporcionalmente mayor para acceder a una pensión de jubilación contributiva, cuya cuantía ya ha sido reducida proporcionalmente a la parcialidad de su jornada. Del mismo modo se refleja la doctrina constitucional contenida en la STC 61/2013, de 14 de marzo.

This article analyses the impactin that has Spanish Law the judgement by the Court of Justice of the European Union. This judgement has considered that the Directive on equality of treatment between men and women in Social Security System it is opposed to the Spanish regulation that demands the part-time workers -in its immense majority women-, by comparison with the full-time workers, a mayor contribution period to accede to a contributing old-age pension, which quantity already has been reduced proportionally to the partiality of their working day. In the same way of there reflects the constitutional doctrine contained in the recent STC 61/2013, of March 14.
