Practical questions and differences in the old-age pension after the last reforms - María Antonia Pérez Alonso

El presente estudio aborda las reformas más recientes en materia de la pensión de jubilación, básicamente, se trata algunos aspectos de la Ley 27/20111; de otra parte, el RD 1716/2012, sobre el denominado beneficio por cuidado de hijos y, por último, se aborda el RDL. 5/2013. El estudio se centra principalmente en el análisis de las cuestiones controvertidas que la sucesión de normas ha planteado, principalmente, por el RDL. 5/2013, al modificar el régimen transitorio que había sido instaurado por la Ley 27/2011.

The present study approaches the most recent reforms as for the old-age pension; basically, one treats some aspects of the Law 27/20111; of another part, the RD 1716/2012, on the benefit called for care of children and, finally, the RDL. approaches 5/2013. The study centres principally on the analysis of the controversial questions that the succession of procedure has raised, principally, for the RDL. 5/2013, on having modified the transitory regime that had been restored by the Law 27/2011.
