Estudio histórico del testamento militar. (RI §412174)  

El testamento militar es una institución jurídica a la que se refieren los textos legales de diferentes etapas históricas. El iter que se ha seguido en la exposición comienza con el análisis de textos romanos y termina con unas breves consideraciones sobre el citado testamento en el Código Civil español vigente.

The military will is a legal institution which appears in legal texts belonging to different historical times. The iter that has been followed in the present work starts with the analysis of Roman texts and finishes with some brief considerations about the mentioned will in the Spanish Cicil Code in force.
