Las ejecuciones cruzadas. (RI §411914)  

Se aborda en el presente estudio el procedimiento de ejecución forzosa de títulos judiciales en aquellos casos en los que existe unas ejecuciones cruzadas (el acreedor ejecutante y deudor ejecutado ostentan posiciones opuestas en dos procesos ejecutivos) y las diferentes posibilidades que contiene nuestra ley procesal.

This study deals with the Execution Proceedings in Civil Matters based on judicial executive titles in case of crossed execution (when the creditor and the debtor are opposite positions in two execution proceedings) and the different possibilities in our Ley de Enjuiciamiento Civil.
