El control empresarial del crédito horario de los representantes de los trabajadores ha provocado una serie de resoluciones judiciales que han establecido unas pautas jurisprudenciales tendentes a proteger la actividad representativa. En estos casos, a menudo se ha prohibido la intervención de detectives privados en dicho control. El presente trabajo analiza la licitud de este medio de control del crédito horario.

The managerial control of the hourly credit of the worker’s representatives has provoked a series of resolutions of the courts that have finished establishing a few jurisprudential patterns tending to protect the representative activity. In these cases habitually the private investigator’s intervention has been prohibited in the above mentioned control. The present work analyzes the legality of this mean of control of the hourly credit.
