The social services systems in the autonomous communities Laws of social services - Carmen Alemán Bracho y José M. Alonso Seco

En el artículo se analizan las principales características de las últimas Leyes autonómicas de servicios sociales, que han dado una configuración jurídico-institucional más sólida, al afianzar su carácter de sistemas públicos prestacionales en el ámbito del Derecho administrativo, generadores de derechos y deberes en el ciudadano.

This article analyzes the main characteristics of the Laws on Social Services recently approved by the Autonomous Communities. This new regulation body sets up a stronger legal and institutional frame, with an emphasis on the public systems of benefits, within the Administrative law.
