Systems and models of constitutional justice to the beginning of the XXI century - Luca Mezzetti

En el presente estudio el autor reflexiona sobre las clásicas y más recientes clasificaciones en torno a los modelos de justicia constitucional mostrando su carácter expansivo al tiempo que las relaciones y convergencias que llegan a establecerse entre aquellos tomando como referencia la aproximación de los modelos norteamericano y europeo desde un contexto unitario. El texto finaliza con una serie de valoraciones sobre el papel llamado a desempeñar por la justicia constitucional, para mostrar cómo ésta cumple un cometido clave en la preservación de la democracia y la justicia, más allá de la precariedad cotidiana de la política y de la ley.

In this study, the author reflects on the classic and more recent classifications around constitutional justice models showing their character while expanding relationships and convergences that come to settle among them, by reference to the approach of American models and from a united Europe. The text ends with a series of evaluations on the role called upon to play by the constitutional justice, to show how it plays a key role in the preservation of democracy and justice, beyond the precariousness of everyday politics and the law.
