El presente artículo tiene como objetivo el análisis jurídico competencial de la Comunidad Autónoma de Canarias en materia de inmigración e integración social de los inmigrantes, así como la evolución y evaluación de la puesta en práctica de las políticas públicas de atención a las personas inmigrantes.
