El autor, a través de un amplio y profundo análisis de las fuentes, quiere mostrar como, en la época del Principado, el conjunto de los medios pretorios adoptados para la protección de los menores de 25 años sobre la base del edicto que les concernía estaba constituido no sólo por la exceptio y la in integrum restitutio sino también por otros remedios: todos conducentes a la genérica formulación utilizada por el pretor en aquel edicto.
The author, through a broad and deep analysis of the sources, intends to show that, in the age of Principatus, the whole of the praetorial resources to protect those younger than 25 on the base of the edict that concerned them was constituted not only by the exceptio and the in integrum restitutio but also by other remedies: all to be brought back to the generic formulation used by the praetor in that edict.
