Los ordenamientos jurídicos latinoamericanos también integran la familia jurídica romanística, lo que hace de este círculo jurídico en la actualidad uno de los más importantes y significativos del mundo del Derecho. Así sucede con el ordenamiento jurídico venezolano, fiel exponente de la pléyade de sistemas jurídicos adscritos y pertenecientes a la familia romanística. Para corroborar lo afirmado, valga como buena prueba de ello el estudio que aquí se propone de las concordancias entre las Institutiones del emperador Justiniano y la legislación venezolana vigente, fundamentalmente en lo que al Derecho privado y constitucional se refiere.

The Latin American legal orderings also integrate the roman legal family, the one that does of this legal circle at the present time one of most important and significant of the world of the Right. Thus it happens to the Venezuelan legal ordering, faithful exponent of the Pleiad of legal systems assigned and pertaining to the roman family. In order to corroborate the affirmed thing, it is worth as good proof of it the study that sets out here of the agreements between Institutiones of Justiniano emperor and the effective Venezuelan legislation, fundamentally in which to the private and constitutional Right one talks about.
