La especial situación geográfica de Melilla ha permitido que se convierta en una ciudad donde conviven cinco religiones (católica, musulmana, judía, evangélica e hindú). Este artículo estudia las disposiciones de la Ciudad Autónoma de Melilla sobre las minorías religiosas, con particular atención a los acuerdos de cooperación con musulmanes, judíos e hindúes. En concreto, se analizan los siguientes asuntos: los sujetos intervinientes, naturaleza jurídica y el contenido de los mismos a la luz de los principios constitucionales.

The special geographic situation of Melilla has allowed that becomes a city where five religions coexist (catholic, Muslim, Jewish, evangelical and Hindu). This article studies the dispositions of the Autonomous City of Melilla on the religious minorities, with particular attention to the agreements of cooperation with Muslims, Jews and Hindus. In particular, the following subjects are analyzed: the intervening subjects, legal nature and the content of such to the light of the constitutional principles.
