El estudio de referencia aborda la problemática de los matrimonios fraudulentos que se celebran en nuestro país con el objeto de acceder a un estatus administrativo que permita al sujeto una residencia legal en España, así como un acceso al mercado laboral de forma rápida y segura. Se incluye igualmente una reseña legislativa, puesta totalmente al día en el tema referenciado, tanto a nivel nacional como internacional, con especial atención al ámbito comunitario.
The study of reference analyses the problem of fraudulent marriages held in our country and whose aim is to accede to an administrative status that allows the individual legal residence in Spain, as well as the right to gain access to the labour market in a rapid and secure manner. The study also includes a legislative report, updated on the issue of concern, both at national and international levels, paying particular attention to the EU.
