Este trabajo contiene reflexiones sobre algunos de los aspectos básicos del contrato eventual por circunstancias de la producción, como son su causa, duración y extinción. Todo ello al hilo del comentario de una sentencia del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de Galicia que resuelve sobre la extinción de un contrato de esta naturaleza.

The primary purpose of this text is to analyse some basic aspects of the casual o temporary contract that is celebrated by the enterprise when the circumstances of the production or the market to allow it. So, the study reflects on the cause, duration and extinction of the mentioned contract.
