Se realiza una recapitulación, desde el punto de vista del Derecho Constitucional Comunitario, de los acontecimientos más relevantes ocurridos durante el año 2005 y el primer semestre del año 2006 en la Unión Europea, destacando una selección de la jurisprudencia más relevante.

A summary is made, from the point of view of the Communitarian Constitutional Right, of the most outstanding events that happened during the year 2005 and the first semester of year 2006 in the European Union, emphasizing a selection of the most important jurisprudence.
